	Whiten Apply upper and lower trays over teeth. If any excess gel spills over the trays, just wipe away with a cotton bud. Then insert laser into mouth, putting lips over the clear screen to hold it in place near your teeth. Push the button and the timer will shut the laser off automatically after 10 minutes.
	Time Wear the 35% Carbamide Peroxide gel for 5-15 minutes, once a day until the desired shade of whitening has been acheived (usually 3 to 5 days).
